The Russian army uses basement premises for logistical security at Vovchanska and accumulation of manpower.
Pavlo Shamshin, a river worker at the Kharkiv OTU, stated this on television, writing to Ukrinform.
“Vovchansk is quite a great place, a great agglomeration, and there are businesses there, and there are a lot of living quarters. The Russians are trying to acquire and exploit them there for their own purposes, primarily to accumulate a special warehouse and logistical security,” said Shamshin.
At the same time, the defense forces will come to the Russian troops. “I’ll tell you one thing: in these basements, in these underground communications, Russians often meet their death,” the riverman said, encouragingly.
Also, the warm weather allows the Russian military to maintain their special warehouse on the front line for more than an hour.
“Just as previously stinks, which were drying up to the battle line, carried with them a lot of heating properties, now they can be replaced, for example, with weapons, additional ammunition, water, hedgehogs, medicines and so on,” added the riverman.
- At the place Vovchansk, on the Kharkiv direct, the front line passes along the bed of the Vovcha River. The situation on Vovchansky Direct has been becoming increasingly stable for the last three hours, rather than difficult.
