How to receive humanitarian aid in Zaporizhia: conditions and schedule in March

The City Assistance Center in Zaporizhia continues to provide humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs). As reported by IZ with reference to Akzent, assistance is provided both to those who have already received it before and to those who are applying for the first time. An important condition is the availability of a current certificate of status of an internally displaced person.

You can only receive assistance in person. This means that relatives or representatives cannot collect assistance for you. The process of issuing assistance is strictly regulated by the schedule, and re-receiving assistance is possible only according to the date of the last receipt of assistance. An important condition is strict adherence to the queue, so you must wait your turn to receive it again.

The center operates on a schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 13:00. Registration for assistance begins at 9:00, when employees form a list of people who have come. Lists compiled by other persons are not valid.

Location of the Help Center: Zaporizhia city, Nezalezhnoi Ukrainy str., 51. For additional information or consultations, you can contact the phone number: 066 183 20 30.

We remind you that we previously wrote about planned power outages in Zaporizhia on March 21.
