The Ministry of Health of Ukraine reacted sharply to the Russian ultimatum to Ukrainians in Russia

Yesterday's decree of dictator Volodymyr Putin, which threatens Ukrainians with deportation from the immediately occupied territories of Russia, and violation of international law.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine after sending a message to the river officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MZS) of Ukraine Georgy Tikhy during the briefing.

As Tikhy signifies, Putin’s signing decree is a useless act and a waste of money from the Russian campaign against discrimination, re-investigation and the primordial persecution of the Ukrainian citizens from abroad earth.

“Russia continues to violate the fundamental norms of international law, with this decree it violates at least three international legal documents. We can say that systemic deportations and reinvestigation are part of Russian policy of genocide against the Ukrainian people,” he added.

According to the words of the MZS river worker, the decree supervises Russia’s statements that it is never ready for peaceful regulation and supports any initiatives to establish peace. The Kremlin is now demonstrating that what is needed is the decline of Ukrainian sovereignty and the re-examination of Ukrainian citizens.

Russian ultimatum

Yesterday, February 20, Putin signed a decree stating that Ukrainians who are “illegally staying in Russia” must “legalize” their status by 10 February, or else leave the country.

On the Russian portal of legal information, it was not explained that the dictator’s decree of the inhabitants of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, which Russia respects as “its own”, does not explain.

Nowadays, before “regulating the situation”, we are clearly talking about getting a Russian passport.
