About the truce
Vitkoff stated that the goal of the current negotiations between the United States and Ukraine is to establish a 30-day fire. After this, a quiet regime will be discussed.
“The end point is the 30-day fire, during which we will discuss the gradual fire. We are not far from this, but the 30-day fire is the one we are guilty of, which is all in our minds in the battlefield,” said Vin.
The US special envoy also noted that the parties had not yet discussed the fire.
“They haven’t talked about renewing the moratorium on mutual strikes in the Black Sea. This will be implemented to continue the current period. There are some details that need to be discussed, but it has become part of this process. These are very important speeches,” said Vin.
“Central nutrition” war
Speaking about the occupied territory of Ukraine, Stiv Vitkoff said that “the biggest problem in this conflict is the name of the region.” On your thoughts, I’m talking about: “Donbass, Crimea, Lugansk and two others.”

Vitkoff said that the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin could meet in the next few months.
“I am the president’s envoy. And the president has a wonderful relationship with Putin in his first term. Therefore, I respect that Putin is intelligent: it will be important that the president himself arrives in Russia. I think that they will converge in the closest months,” said Vitkoff.
