Recently, Russia announced that it would no longer work to ensure safety in the Black Sea after sanctions were lifted from Russian food processors and exporters. The Russian side also confirms that the defense against attacks on the energy of the sky is equal to 18 Bereznya.

In his own words, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky appreciates that if the Russian Federation destroys domesticity without being “quiet” at sea, and by launching attacks on energy facilities, the pressure of sanctions may be imposed on it.

Negotiations between the US, Ukraine and Russia

After the first meeting in Jeddah on January 12, when Kiev accepted Washington’s proposal to start the fire outside, the Ukrainian and American delegations met again on January 23-25. There was a meeting of so-called technical teams, who discussed the possibility of establishing a regime for suppressing fire in the Black Sea and aspects of attacks against the energy sector. This is what Russia has been good for, but it has not stated anything about readiness for a new “silence”.

The states teamed up not only with Ukraine, but also with Russia. The 12-year negotiations began this morning.

Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, who welcomed the Ukrainian delegation, emphasized that Russia's relocation of its military vessels beyond the borders of the Black Sea would undermine the spirit of Russia. homeownership will be seen as a violation of the obligation to ensure freedom of navigation in the Black Sea and a threat to the national security of Ukraine. In this situation, Ukraine has no right to exercise the right to self-defense.
