All US support in the hour of war instead of grants is becoming a Borg.
The Washington Post, in its mailings to the Ukrainian government, confirms that the option to please the red copalini, which the Office of the President confirmed on Friday, the head of state Volodymyr Zelensky, has no chance of being signed.

The project transfers the “right of first proposal” to the United States from the energy sector and the production of copalin and 50% of all new and obvious revenue sources for Washington. The current document has provisions for security guarantees for Ukraine.
