At 23:09, the emergency alarm signal will be sounded in Kharkovskaya, Kievskaya, Chernihivskaya, Sumskaya, Cherkasykaya, Poltavaskaya, Dnipropetrovskaya, Khersonskaya, Zaporizhzhya and Donetsk regions.
