“It is not my priority to take care of the management of Kiev. Let the management represent the one who manages. I know not everything is in detail, but everything that is destroyed from the point of view of the law will at all times be legally binding reaction,” said the head of state.
He noted that he “knows” that the mayor of the capital, Vitaliy Klitschko, in his extremities, “has been clearing the deadlines for the exchange of some new important military administration.”
“I don’t have time, to be honest, to deal with the issues and I don’t have time to deal with the additional issues at the testimony. I’m busy with other speeches,” the president stated.
