The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba spoke about the risks of cessation of assistance to our country from Western allies. According to the diplomat, our country has no alternative plan for such a development of events.
On Wednesday, January 3, in a comment to CNN, the head of the foreign policy department said that Ukraine does not have a “plan B” in the event of a cessation of Western assistance, emphasizing that she believes in “Plan A,” NBN reports.
According to the diplomat, Kiev is not considering an alternative to receiving US military support to confront the occupiers, since it is confident that Congress will decide to continue assistance.
Kuleba recalled that Western assistance is not charity, but an investment in the protection of the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance and American citizens.
The Foreign Minister added that if the Russian Federation wins the war, other leaders may follow the example of the Kremlin dictator, and then containing them will cost Washington much more. The minister noted that any officials who believe that Putin will not dare to attack the Alliance state are deeply mistaken.
Earlier, the head of the Czech Foreign Ministry said that if Ukraine is defeated in the war, Europe will come closer to the state -terrorist.
