On January 4, the parliamentary committee on national security, defense and intelligence began considering a new draft law on mobilization, involving the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and representatives of the Ministry of Defense in the discussion of the document, and now it has become known what may threaten those liable for military service who remained in other countries.

About the fact that when developing a bill on changing the mobilization process, the issue will be raised regarding the involvement of Ukrainians in the Armed Forces of Ukraine ;other countries, writes NBN, referring to the explanation of the deputy chairman of the profile committee of the Verkhovna Rada, the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the North Atlantic Alliance, Yegor Chernev, sounded during the telethon on the TSN YouTube channel.
According to Chernev, despite the fact that “there are still more questions than answers” regarding this category of Ukrainians, increased mobilization in the country is necessary, since “the war is going on, and our enemy is not going to stop.”
The deputy chairman of the Defense Committee added that troops will be replenished “not under any conditions” due to probable losses in the economic sphere, therefore the people’s deputies intend to develop a “balanced bill” that provides for some “repressive measures” for refugee evaders.
However, Chernev also promises the introduction of alternative events that will motivate people and that will not negatively affect the economy.
It should be noted that the final decision regarding the mobilization bill is planned to be made next week , in the period from January 8 to January 9.
