About that the Russians promise to give preferential coal to residents of the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region only if they have a passport of a terrorist state, writes NBN, citing the material published by the Center for National Resistance.
In addition, Ukrainians those who do not have a passport of the Russian Federation are actually denied the opportunity to purchase the necessary winter fuel on their own, simply dooming citizens to a cold death.
