The domestic labor market of our country, although gradually, does not stop recovering after the decline caused by the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation and the outflow of the civilian population to neighboring countries, and updated statistics have now become known.
About what trends are being recorded in the labor market of Ukraine from the beginning of 2024, writes NBN, citing to the Budni personnel portal and the official page of the State Employment Center.
The most optimistic situation regarding the revival of the labor market is observed in the Ivano-Frankivsk region (the increase in the number of vacancies was 183 percent, if compared with February 2022), and the most negative situation is in the Kherson region (growth rate). – 18 percent).
At the same time, the most acceptable amount of “remuneration for labor” in cities:
- Kherson — 22 500 hryvnia;
- Kiev —21 500 hryvnia;
- Lvov —20 000 hryvnia;
- Dnepr — 19 000 hryvnia.
However, the lowest average salary in the cities is:
- Sumy – 14 400 hryvnia;
- Krivoy Rog – 15,000 hryvnia.
