Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Major General Vadim Skibitsky, said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have significantly reduced the potential of the “second army of the world”, preventing the Russians from starting aggression against other countries.

In an interview with RBC-Ukraine, the general stated that the aggressor country had not achieved the military goals that it had set for itself, since the Ukrainian defenders had significantly weakened Putin’s occupation forces, NBN reports.
Budanov’s deputy said that, according to calculations by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, for restoration the potential of the ground forces of the Russian Federation will take from 5 to 10 years, and to restore the arsenal of high-precision weapons – 3-5 years.
Skibitsky also drew attention to the merit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in preventing military conflicts over the Russian Federation abroad. The general noted that the defenders did not allow the military machine of the terrorist state to prepare and begin aggression not only against Ukrainians, but also against other countries.
Also in an interview, the deputy head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the MOU spoke about mobilization in Russia. He reported how many people are recruited into the occupation forces every month and how Russian citizens are motivated to participate in the so-called “special operation.”
