The National Bank of Ukraine has suspended the licenses of two dozen financial companies located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
As the «NBN« informs, this was stated in a statement from the regulator’s press service.
In particular, it is known that that the temporary suspension of the license provides that non-banking institutions do not have the right to conduct relevant activities until the National Bank makes a decision regarding the renewal of the license.
It is also known that the company’s license can be considered temporarily suspended after it is amended in the List of Territories, information according to which the date of the beginning of the temporary occupation of the territory of its location is determined. Renewal of the license will be possible upon application of the institution within 90 calendar days after the end of the occupation.
