The “governor” of temporarily captured Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, announced a shutdown of water supply in the city. Putin's official justifies the problem with weather conditions, promising to restore full water supply on Wednesday.

Razvozhaev in his Telegram channel explained to the residents of temporarily occupied Sevastopol the problems with water supply due to heavy precipitation in the form of snow and warming literally every other day. According to the “governor,” the snow melted, followed by a sharp influx of dirty water from the mountains into the Chernaya River, which provoked a rise in groundwater, NBN reports.
The Putin official noted that the treatment of water that due to weather conditions it has become 60 times dirtier and takes longer. Therefore, the “authorities” decided to stop water intakes and clean the system.
Razvozhaev clarified that there will be no water in Sevastopol until 09:00 tomorrow. On Tuesday, from 09:00 to 11:00, water supply will be restored, but some houses will not receive it. Afterwards the water will be turned off until 20:00 Wednesday. The “Governor” added that January 23 and 24 are declared days off in the city.
Recall that on January 21, explosions occurred in Sevastopol. Razvozhaev accused Ukraine of attacking the city.
