Russian media report that near Avdeevka, Donetsk region, an officer of the “second army of the world” was accidentally run over by a tank. The occupier, who was driving an armored combat vehicle, did not see the colonel and moved back.
The Russian Telegram channel “Kremlin Snuffbox” spoke about an incident in the Avdeevka area, which occurred approximately seven kilometers from front line, NBN reports.
It is reported that the tank commander did not see the colonel and stunned him when he turned the turret of the armored vehicle. The officer who was standing behind the tank fell as a result of a blow to the head.
Because of the noise of the equipment, no one heard the colonel's screams. The combat vehicle moved back and crushed the officer. The tank commander was detained and an investigation is underway.
The Telegram channel writes that the deceased colonel was a staff officer with no combat experience. He came to the front in the Avdeevka area from Rostov.
