The last, relatively massive attack by “Geranium-2-Shaheds” on our country from Putin’s army took place on the night of January 25th – the invaders launched 14 kamikaze drones, of which Ukrainian air defense forces and means were 11 were liquidated, and now it has become known thanks to what measures.

About the fact that the units of the Defense Forces do not stop improving their work, intensively expanding the system of countering “Geranium-2-Shaheds” – not only the personnel of mobile fire groups are being replenished, but additional weapons and other detection means are being installed/defeating enemy air targets, writes NBN, referring to the explanation voiced by the speaker of OK South Natalia Gumenyuk during the United News telethon on the TSN YouTube channel.

According to Gumenyuk, in addition to carrying out the necessary activities described above, increasing the number of mobile fire groups, Ukrainian entrepreneurs are consolidating, with the simultaneous involvement of regional military administrations and local authorities, which allows Defense Force fighters to more quickly increase their level of training due to less involvement in “everyday issues”, thereby finding methods to bypass “those systems and tactical tricks that the enemy uses.”

In addition, even if the “Geranium-2-Shaheds” are painted black by the invaders, mobile fire teams will be able to minimize such “camouflage” with supplemented searchlights and laser target designators. At the same time, if Russian-Iranian kamikaze drones change their altitude or direction, after analyzing such moments, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be able to counteract and track enemy targets “even over the water surface.”

Earlier, we wrote about this that Gumenyuk explained why recently the occupiers have not been using Caliber missiles to attack Ukraine.
