About the fact that, according to investigators, on the morning of this Saturday, January 27, a unit of the Russian occupation invasion forces openly fired at a vehicle with civilians driving along the highway between two settlements of the Khotyn community in the Khotyn community. Sumy region, writes NBN, referring to the information published in the official Telegram channel of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
As it became known, as a result of the above-described crime, brazenly carried out by Russian saboteurs, a 54-year-old man died years old (brother) who was driving the car, as well as his 68-year-old sister.
The Sumy regional prosecutor's office initiated the start of a pre-trial investigation into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (according to part 2nd Article 438 of the “Criminal Code of Ukraine”).
