As NBN reports, this was stated by the commander of the training of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces, Major General Viktor Nikolyuk in an interview Radio Liberty project “Donbass Realities”.
According to the Major General, whether it is 500 thousand, 200 thousand, 100 thousand, as determined by the law on mobilization, the Ukrainian side is ready for this.
He added that as of today, for example, we are constantly presenting relevant events, official meetings are being held where the actual capabilities of all training centers and the real state of the instructor staff are clarified, because a significant part is involved in areas where combat missions are performed. However, according to him, as of today, Ukraine is ready to train any number of personnel.
The military man also emphasized that as of today, twenty percent of the military was trained abroad. All other Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters were trained in Ukraine. And in terms of combat experience, as the major general added, Ukraine is already several years ahead of those countries that train it.
