On Radio Liberty, the speaker of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow State Educational Institution said that the head of the Kremlin lied , when he stated that supposedly the air defense of the aggressor country had never shot down Russian planes, in particular Il-76, since the “friend or foe” system was installed on board the terrorist state, informs NBN.
Yusov recalled that friendly fire in the “second army of the world” was recorded more than once in the temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine and on the territory of the Russian Federation. The representative of military intelligence clarified that the Russians’ “friend or foe” system does not always work, especially in the case of calculations of portable systems, which Belgorod is also saturated with.
The press secretary of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Military District called such statements by Putin an excuse, recalling, that the Russian side has not yet provided evidence of the presence of Ukrainian prisoners on board the Il-76.
Earlier, the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War spoke about the reliability of the list of Ukrainian prisoners who were allegedly on board the Il-76, provided by the Russian Federation.
