The President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, not recognized by most countries of the civilized world, signed a decree that officially allowed Belarusian military personnel to open fire on civilians of the country with firearms.

As NBN reports, this is stated in the decree published on the National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus.”
In particular, the message notes that from now on, military personnel of the Republic of Belarus will have full right to use military equipment, as well as weapons, taking into account the situation and the nature of the crime with the requirements of combined arms regulations.
