Many people liked the modest image of the celebrity, but there were those who accused her of plagiarism.

Karol published footage of herself preparing for her performance at the national selection, showing how she was getting ready behind the scenes to go on stage. The star decided to abandon the usual image of a pop diva, appearing before the audience in casual clothes, without makeup or hairstyle, NBN reports.
According to the artist, she deliberately did not put on a concert outfit, do her hair and makeup, so as not to distract the listeners’ attention from the new song “Troyandi”. Many commentators under the video appreciated Karol’s decision to focus on her piercing and powerful vocals, but some saw plagiarism in her performance.
In 2023, at the Oscars ceremony, the outrageous American singer Lady Gaga appeared on stage in sneakers, a black T-shirt, jeans, with her hair tied up and without bright makeup. Some Ukrainians decided that Tina Karol was “inspired” by the performance of a Western celebrity.
It became known earlier why the singer does not celebrate her 14th birthday already.
