Citizens currently residing in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT), but who have a migrant certificate (IDP) issued before February 24, 2022, are required to undergo a video identification process, if they want the accrual of payments to their accounts at Oschadbank to be uninterrupted.

About the fact that the above-described part of the elderly citizens of our country can identify their identity through mobile communications, writes NBN, referring to the information posted on the official Facebook account GU PFU in the Donetsk region.
In in particular, you can send an application for identification in video conferencing format by going to the PFU web portal, and when filling out the request, you must correctly select one of the ;options for carrying out this process, namely:
- regarding the resumption of accrual of payments in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 162;
- regarding the identification of a person.
Also, interested elderly people can change the method of receiving payments by submitting a proper application through the e-services web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).
