On Wednesday, February 14, the SBU, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense and the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out a successful operation using attack aquadrones, ultimately “sending to the bottom” the large landing ship (LHD) “Caesar Kunikov” , and now it has become known what short-sighted decisions of the command of the Russian Black Sea Fleet allowed this to be done.

About what interesting reasons provoked the removal of Admiral Viktor Sokolov from the post of head of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, writes NBN, referring to the material published in the Telegram channel of the Russian project “VChK-OGPU.”
In particular, Admiral Viktor Sokolov ordered the crew of the large landing ship Caesar Kunikov to leave Novorossiysk Bay on the night of February 12, so that the ship could proceed for repairs to Sevastopol.
However, due to significant technical malfunction, the crew of the Caesar Kunikov was unable to ensure independent progress, and therefore the ship was accompanied by tugs. At the same time, the command was aware of the high degree of danger of encountering Ukrainian surface drones at sea, especially for a craft with technical malfunctions, but Sokolov still decided to slowly tow the BDK. And, as is already known, it all ended with the strikes of our “Magura-V5”, which sank this ship.
In addition, the source of the “VChK-OGPU” added there were allegedly no fatalities as a result of the attack, but in a group Russian sailors were seriously injured.
Earlier, we wrote that British intelligence reported how the destruction of the Caesar Kunikov would affect the logistics of the Russian Federation.
