About that that the new parliamentary initiative proposes to extend these payments until the end of martial law and the integration of IDPs into new communities, but with some reservations, writes NBN, referring to bill No. 10382, published on the official page Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
In particular, the document establishes additional conditions allowing to refuse or suspend the allocation of financial assistance if:
- IDPs returned back to the temporarily occupied territory/to a combat zone;
- traveled abroad without a valid reason;
- have suitable housing with an area of at least 13.65 square meters per one family member, but at least 25 square meters per family;
- received financial assistance from the state according to the “Oselya” or “Ednovlennya” programs;
- monthly earnings are more than 14 200 hryvnia per person/real estate or movable property was purchased at a price exceeding the established limit (from 50 000 hryvnia).
Earlier we wrote about the fact that Shmygal reported which IDPs will not stop receiving payments after March 1.
