The official, in an interview with the British publication The Times, said that the head of the Kremlin will interfere in the presidential elections in the States. He said that the Russian Federation has taken a step forward in intensifying its disinformation campaigns, thanks to artificial intelligence, NBN reports.
The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council predicts that Moscow’s major information interventions will become even larger. He clarified that the aggressor country has special units that are “dedicated” to each state where the electoral process will take place.
According to the official, it is impossible to remove the Kremlin’s interference in the elections due to the network of informants and agents of Russia, which covers the whole world. In addition, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation regularly concludes contracts with criminal groups in Europe.
Recall that the Russian leader stated that it would be better for Moscow if the current head of the White House wins the US presidential elections. Former American leader Donald Trump called the dictator's words “a great compliment.”
