About the fact that not only peaceful Odessa, but also a number of southern and central regions of the country came under attack from Geranium-2/Shahedov, NBN writes, referring to information voiced by the speaker OK “South” by Natalia Gumenyuk in the telethon on the TSN YouTube channel.
According to Gumenyuk, Odessa region has recently become a priority target for Putin’s army—at first, the Russians were spreading disinformation about in their attempt to break through to the South, but later switched to large-scale shelling.
The peculiarity of today's Russian night attack is that it had to be repelled for 3 hours, and the dominant part of the attack drones shot down:
- on 2 —over the Kherson and Mykolayiv regions;
- 8 —over the Kirovograd region;
- 18 —over Odessa region (there were hits in the Belgorod-Dniester region that damaged an infrastructure facility).
Earlier, we wrote about the fact that Gumenyuk talked about the situation on the left bank of the Kherson region, calling the daily losses of the occupiers on March 7th.
