About what bans previously promised to “draft drafters” will still be deleted from the “mobilization” draft law, writes “NBN”, referring to  ;explanation by Vadim Ivchenko, a member of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense and intelligence, sounded on the YouTube channel of Radio Liberty.
According to Ivchenko, “draft dodgers” will be allowed to use their vehicles without restrictions, At the same time, blocking accounts/cards of persons hiding from mobilization will be taken outside the scope of the document, since the government can introduce this restriction independently, “by regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine.”
