Thus, in the new law of Ukraine on mobilization, people's deputies resolve issues regarding people with disabilities, as well as persons who care for them. In addition, there will allegedly be a deferment from conscription for graduate students of all forms of study, as NBN writes with reference to a message from the head of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia.
In his message, David Arakhamia noted, that for everyone who continues to disperse the “zrada”, the issue regarding people with the first, second and third groups of disabilities will be resolved. Current legislation provides for one caregiver per disabled person of his choice. Only this way, and no other way. The politician added that we are not talking about “permanent care,” but simply about leaving.
In addition, the People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine added that next week parliamentarians will begin considering amendments to the mobilization draft law, and these amendments they will defend.
Regarding the issue with graduate students, David Arakhamia noted that regardless of the form of study, the issue of providing them with a deferment from mobilization will be resolved. Initially, the government draft law proposed to leave the deferment exclusively for graduate students on a budget.
