About what the introduction of 2 components in the upcoming payment, writes NBN, referring to the explanation of the Deputy Head of the Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Daria Marchak, sounded during the telethon on the TSN YouTube channel.
In particular, pension benefits before appointment, will be divided into:
- social (basic) part – the same for all citizens;
- individual (personal or score) part – “tied » to the amount of insurance experience and the amount of salary (1 year with deductions from the average salary gives 1 point/the same period with a high salary—2 points). p>According to Marchak, in the current algorithm for calculating pensions there is a similar indicator – the coefficient for assessing earnings, but in the updated accrual model, points are not used to reduce or increase the average salary, but assign a monetary value to each such “bonus” equivalent.
