From the letter of the head of the State Duma, dated November 30, 2023, it is known that no one in the ruling circles of the state -terrorist has no doubts about the “re-election” of the dictator to the presidency. Volodin writes to Putin that the Russian Federation needs transformation and proposes to introduce “de-Westernization” after the fake elections.
The concept proposed by the politician provides for the transfer of all raw materials industries into state ownership, the sovereignization of science, art and culture, strengthening of censorship, in particular on television and on the Internet, as well as resolving the issue of opposition movements.
Volodin writes that the State Duma committees are ready to begin work on writing bills in all areas announced by him.
