Former HSE professor Igor Lipsits, who currently lives outside of Russia, expressed the opinion that Russia will face famine, as well as terrible destruction, and the country can only get out of this state by agreeing to the destruction of its own arsenal nuclear weapons.

As NBN reports, Lipsitsa’s interview was published by one of the Russian propaganda TG channels.
In particular, the professor said that in order for foreign investments have returned to Russia, it is necessary not only to disarm, but also to liquidate all stockpiles of nuclear weapons. Otherwise, no one in the world will want to do business with Moscow.
Moreover, in the interview, Lipsitsa added that the residents of Russia will face terrible hunger and enormous destruction, which will force the new government of the Russian Federation to give up just for food their nuclear missiles.
