About why such changes were required to the procedure for obtaining consular services for those liable for military service who have left the country, writes NBN, citing the explanation of a member of the parliamentary committee on issues of national security and defense and intelligence of Irina Friz, sounded on the YouTube channel of Radio Liberty.
According to Friz, the provision of the full range of consular services will be carried out for 2 months after the entry into force of the above-described bill, with simultaneous updating/verification of the data of the person liable for military service.
Thus, a citizen of conscription age will be able to come to receive consular services during this period, and update information about himself: indicate the place of stay and contact details data so that the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff have a clear idea of how many citizens remain abroad, that is, forced deportation is not planned.
We previously wrote about how the commander The Ukrainian Ground Forces commented on the evasion of the TCC/SP and explained the need for mobilization in Ukraine.
