The Polish leader, in an interview with the American publication The Wall Street Journal, commented on the violation of the airspace of his state by missiles from the troops of the aggressor country, NBN reports.
The President called such incidents provocations of the Russians, which threaten Polish infrastructure and civilians. According to the politician, violation of the airspace of his state by missiles of the “second army of the world” risks igniting an even wider war.
Journalists recalled that the last such incident in Poland occurred on March 24 during a large-scale attack by Putin’s occupation forces on Ukraine . During the shelling, one of the cruise missiles that the Russian army aimed at the western regions entered Polish airspace for 39 seconds.
Earlier, the head of Poland said that his country was ready to deploy nuclear weapons of the North Atlantic Alliance on its territory. The head of state said that Warsaw is discussing this issue with Washington.
