The occupation administrations are actively offering illegally seized plots of land located along the coast of the Sea of Azov to the so-called “investors” from the sponsoring regions of the aggressor country.

About the fact that, first of all, the “sale” concerns recreational areas, boarding houses and recreation centers, that is, the resorts of the Azov region, writes NBN, referring to the material of the Center of National Resistance (CNS).
According to Gauleiter Denis Pushilin, he builds promising relationships with potential “investors”, offering “buyers” to take certain boarding houses, land plots for their construction, or simply develop the territory, without any legalization such agreements.
Thus, Pushilin himself, it seems, is not completely sure that he is allowed to operate lawlessly in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of Ukraine, since the Gauleiter realizes that for every crime there will be bear responsibility, and this was deposited “in the mind of the Kremlin collaborator.”
