Following the commission of another crime by Putin’s troops, the Chuguev District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkov Region began a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

About the fact that, in accordance with the investigation data, today, July 19, at about 4 o'clock 5 o'clock ;minutes in the morning, the Russian occupation army launched a series of missile attacks on the central quarters of Chuguev, writes NBN, citing information and photographic material published in the Telegram channel of the Kharkov Regional Prosecutor's Office.
As it became known, as a result of a Russian missile attack on Chuguev (two Iskander-Ms), 9 people were injured of varying degrees of severity, including a 14-year-old teenager.
Also, high-rise buildings were significantly damaged and private residential households, cars, retail outlets, administrative buildings, office premises and other objects of exclusively civil infrastructure.
At this stage, prosecutors and investigators of the National Police are taking all possible and appropriate measures necessary to document war crimes committed by the “liberators.”
