As reported by the British publication The Guardian, The Ukrainian leader, in his address to the Cabinet of Ministers of the United Kingdom, wrote that lifting the ban on the use of Western weapons by the Armed Forces of Ukraine will help the defenders strengthen their defenses and secure forward positions.
According to Zelensky, this will also allow the Defense Forces to destroy areas on the territory of the country – aggressor, where the occupiers concentrated weapons, informs NBN.
The Garant noted that Kyiv lacks an answer to the question about the range capabilities. Therefore, the President asks Starmer to show his leadership and make an appropriate decision, which is important for Ukraine’s efforts to protect itself from attacks by the occupiers.
In turn, London said that the deployment of missiles transferred by Britain is a matter for the Ukrainian leadership, if it does not violate international law.
Recall that Scholz responded to Zelensky’s call to help shoot down missiles and UAVs over Ukraine.
