The Slovak leader criticized Ukraine for stopping the transit of Russian “black gold” to Hungary through the Druzhba oil pipeline. The head of state threatens to respond to the actions of Kyiv, NBN reports with reference to the publication Denník N.
According to the president, his country is helping Ukraine with gas reversal and electricity supplies. Pellegrini threatened to react if Kyiv did not correct the situation. The politician added that Bratislava does not deserve such an approach from a neighboring state.
The head of the Slovak defense department also criticized Kyiv. Kalinyak called such actions of the Ukrainian leadership “irresponsible,” noting that the neighboring country “risks a lot.”
Recall that Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó put forward a new demand for unblocking military aid to Ukraine from the European Union.
