Needy categories of Ukrainians have the opportunity to apply for subsidy payments both through the “Diia” from the Ministry of Digital Transformation and through the portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

As reported by NBN with a link to the official page of “Diya” and the YouTube channel of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, there are a number of convenient ways to receive government social assistance for the payment of utilities, without the need to personally visit government agencies.
To apply for a subsidy on the “Diya” portal, you should:
- log in to the “Diya” platform using an e-signature/BankID;
- go to the “Services” tab and find the “Application for a subsidy” option;
- check and if necessary, update the automatic “pulled data”;
- indicate the address and type of services for which you need to receive a subsidy for, entering personal information of all registered and actually residing in persons in the household;
- indicate the IBAN account number to receive the subsidy;
- leave an e-signature on the application and send the document for consideration.
