As NBN reports with reference to the official Telegram channel of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Russian occupation forces continue to terrorize frontline Kharkov – today a shopping center and identical, completely civilian objects were fired upon, and the strikes were deliberately carried out by the invaders “just at the city.”
