As NBN reports, citing material from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the Russian Federation is managing to evade sanctions from the “collective West,” relying on the support of India, Serbia, and the People’s Republic of China, to which Mongolia will now be added.

In particular, ISW analysts gained access to Russian government correspondence, which indicated that the terrorist state’s Ministry of Industry and Trade had developed a plan to allocate $1 billion to ensure the production of critical electronic components, including the possibility of constructing a number of facilities in India, with the aim of gaining regular access to supplies of the said parts.

Thus, the above-described “leaked” information indicates that the aggressor country was secretly acquiring highly sensitive dual-use electronics from India, using “significant reserves” in rupees accumulated by Russian banks thanks to increased sales of oil products to this state.

The Institute for the Study of War summarized:

…The Russian Federation is involved in a broader effort to evade Western sanctions and procure sanctioned electronic components and equipment needed for Russian defense industry production through foreign entities.

Earlier, we wrote about the Russian Federation manipulating Grossi's visit to the Kursk NPP to accuse Ukraine of shelling the station.
