Former British Prime Minister in an interview with journalist Dmitry Gordon called on the West to stop being “obsessed with the psychodrama” of the Russian dictator and concentrate on protecting Ukraine, NBN reports.
According to the politician, Kyiv's allies should ensure the country's accession to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. In addition, partners should allocate financial assistance in the amount of 500 billion or even 1 trillion dollars to support Ukraine, as well as transfer all the necessary weapons to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Johnson believes that if the West transferred military aid to Kyiv faster, the Defense Forces could achieve more at the front and save more lives of Ukrainians.
Recall that members of the European Parliament adopted a resolution calling for the provision of Taurus missiles to Ukraine and the lifting of the ban on long-range strikes against Russia.
