As reported by “NBN”, citing The Times, former British Prime Minister Johnson said that he tried to dissuade the Kremlin tyrant Putin from invading Ukraine, but he was afraid that otherwise the North Atlantic Alliance missiles would allegedly fly to Moscow.
Based on Johnson's words, none of the NATO member countries intended to provide Ukraine with their missiles, but Putin was confident of the opposite, and believed that “it would hardly take much time” for a munition potentially fired by our country to hit the capital of the Russian Federation.
In addition, during the conversation with Johnson, Putin made a “creepily humorous remark” regarding the possible risk of miscalculation, that is, he emphasized the possibility of an unintentional exchange of nuclear weapons between Russia and the NATO bloc:
I didn't want to hurt you, Boris.
