In particular, Xi Jinping's congratulatory telegram to DPRK leader Kim Jong-un, timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two states, contains the following text:
China is ready to strengthen strategic interaction and coordination, deepen friendly exchanges and cooperation with the DPRK.
In addition, Xi Jinping added that he personally attaches great importance to the process of expanding relations between China and the DPRK, and the Chinese authorities under his leadership are ready, together with Pyongyang, to contribute to the development of socialism in the territory of these two countries.
