The Ukrainian national team finally managed to win its first victory in the Nations League — playing in a nominally home match in Poznan, the “blue-yellows” defeated the Georgia team with a score of 1:0.

As reported by NBN with reference to the YouTube channel of the Ukrainian Football Association, the striker of the “main team” of Ukraine, Mykhailo Mudryk, after the above-described game against Georgia, shared a well-founded opinion regarding the surge of negativity towards the “blue-yellows” after two September defeats.
According to Mudryk, who scored the winning goal against Georgia, the Ukrainian national team responded with dignity to the criticism of many “experts” who talked about “such” football players or “such” coach. Allegedly, if Georgia won against the Czech Republic (4:1), and the Ukrainians lost to them, then the “blue-yellows” do not need to go out on the field.
The “blue-yellows” winger emphasized:
I don't understand such fans. I would like to thank the fans who support the team, despite the results.
In addition, Mudrik noted that there are both good and bad games, but in the match with Georgia, our players “prepared themselves in advance and deserved this victory.”
