After the fiasco in the title fight against Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk, Tyson Fury ceased to be the world champion in the heavyweight division, which probably somewhat shook the self-confidence and health of the “Gypsy King”.

As reported by “NBN” with reference to the material of Bang Premier, the outstanding British boxer Tyson Fury had to face an unbearable feeling of mental pain against the background of depression.
According to Fury, depression will break even such a strong man as himself, previously considered an invincible champion, and, apparently, the loss to Usyk again almost brought the Briton “to his knees”.
The “Gypsy King” emphasized that the fight against depression is constant, that is, a daily and continuous routine, therefore one should learn to “support it and manage it a little better than before.”
Fury believes that the first step to overcoming depression is to truly recognize the need for help. In particular, you can quickly not contact doctors “or anyone else”, but “just talk to your friend, partner, whoever it is”, as a result, realizing that “help is always there.”
The ex-champion summarized:
No matter what stage [of depression] you are at, there is always a return. There will not be gray days every day, there will be sunny days again.
