The previous evening, October 31, the Russian occupation army shelled Odessa, once again targeting missile strikes at critical infrastructure facilities.

As reported by NBN with reference to the Telegram channel of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office, on Thursday evening the “second army of the world” fired Kh-59 air-launched missiles at the administrative center of the region.
As it became known, as a result of one of the strikes, two employees of the fire and rescue unit were injured, who were promptly hospitalized. Also, the administrative building of this unit was partially destroyed, fire-fighting tankers were damaged, as well as cars of city residents in the parking lot located nearby.
Documentation of the consequences of the Russian war crime continues, and a full list of destruction/damage will be provided later.
Currently, at the sites of the “landings”, prosecutors are interacting with other law enforcement agencies, recording the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, some of which can be seen in the photo below:
