As reported by NBN with reference to the official Telegram profile of Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, today the Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for implementing this presidential initiative.
According to Shmyhal, from December 1, every Ukrainian man and woman is guaranteed a payment of 1,000 hryvnia, which can only be spent on certain types of domestic services and goods, in particular:
- medical products/medicines;
- printed products (books);
- garments;
- bus/train tickets;
- utilities;
- charitable aid to the Security and Defense Forces/volunteer funds.
At the same time, the Prime Minister added that this type of financial support will affect not only the adult population, but also children, and the government has already been able to determine how one of the parents will “order” the payment for their child.
