The demand for housing in new buildings is expected to fall in our country's real estate market, while prices for apartments from owners (secondary market or “secondary”) will continue to rise.

As reported by “NBN” with a link to the analytics of the thematic LUN.UA, owners of one-room apartments adjusted the cost of housing, both in the direction of rising and falling prices.
In particular, on the secondary market, one-room apartments in Ukraine are offered to new owners in the range from 15,000 to 65,000 dollars (from 619,000 to 2,683,000 hryvnia).
The most affordable housing, according to analysts, can be found in:
- Kherson — from 15,000 dollars (from UAH 619,000);
- Zaporizhzhia— from $17,000 (from UAH 702,000);
- Kharkiv and Sumy— from $20,000 (from UAH 825,000);
- Nikolaev — from 21,000 dollars (from 867,000 hryvnia).
The highest cost of one-room apartments is recorded:
- in Uzhgorod — from 55,000 dollars (from 2,270,000 hryvnia);
- in Lviv and Kiev — from 65,000 dollars (from 2,683,000 hryvnia).
