As reported by “NBN” with a link Based on the material from 24-Channel, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Ekaterina Chernogorenko made a statement: the mobile government application “Reserve+” will receive functionality that allows online payment of fines for non-compliance with military registration rules.
Based on Chernogorenko’s words, the technical potential for paying fines in “Reserve+” already exists. Such a service will be based on the next bill, which states that if a person voluntarily decides to “issue” a receipt, then he/she will be able to receive a 50% discount on such a financial penalty, which is analogous to deductions for violating traffic rules.
Note that if the fine is not paid, the state will take additional measures by revoking the right to drive a car or blocking bank accounts/cards – by an expedited court decision, without the participation of the defendant.
Earlier, we wrote that “Reserve+” promised to add a function that will allow re- update data.
